In order to maintain a respectful and family friendly atmosphere, there are a few important guidelines that all content and featured businesses must meet:

Post Engagement

Connect Clark County does NOT guarantee any level of engagement or increase in customers as a result of your reel. Certain videos get more likes, comments, and shares than others, and this engagement is out of the control of Connect Clark County. The job of Connect Clark County is to simply create a video of your business and post it, which creates the opportunity to bring in potential customers and increase your followers.

Video Guidelines

  1. No sexually suggestive or explicit content of any kind in the video, or associated with the business that is being featured.
  2. No hate speech, racism, or negative remarks towards someone else in the video.
  3. No political endorsements or political advertising.
  4. Connect Clark County will not feature businesses where the customer is required to be 21 years of age and over only, and will also not feature products or services where the user must be 21 years of age or over (with the exception of alcohol in a non 21+ only restaurant or a winery or wine cellar).

After Posting

  1. Once a reel is posted, Connect Clark County will not issue any type of refund.
  2. Connect Clark County will only remove comments if they are derogatory or spam, and only at the request of the business owner the reel pertains to.
  3. Connect Clark County is not responsible for any negative effects that comments may have on your business. Connect Clark County simply posts videos in an effort to bring attention to your business, but cannot control, and is not responsible for what people comment.

Advertising Ownership

  1. Reels created by Connect Clark County, and posted to the Connect Clark County social media pages, are viewed as “advertisements” and are under the ownership of Heimbigner Media LLC (Connect Clark County parent company). You will not receive a copy of the reel after it is completed, but you will be invited to be a collaborator so it posts to your pages too.

Elite Package Guidelines

  1. The Elite Package includes 3 standard reels, and all the rules above apply to each of these videos.
  2. Once you purchase this package, you can choose when you want these 3 reels created. They do not expire.

Exclusivity

Connect Clark County does not allow for exclusivity rights. The goal of Connect Clark County is to feature as many businesses as possible to show community members what is available for them. This means that Connect Clark County may feature multiple businesses of the same type. Connect Clark County will never directly allow businesses to target or try to “one up” another specific business in their video however.
